Since then, I have started up and developed several ferry lines with a focus on food, drink and experiences, had commercial responsibility at European level, worked with reorganisations, change management and crisis communication. And I know how tough it can be to create profitability, but I love a challenge, and I'm driven to create a more attractive industry that delivers world-class performance - from both a customer and employee perspective.
